Product Introduction
    Seismic isolation rubber bearing is the core component of building isolation systems, installed between foundation and superstructure. It extends structural natural period through horizontal flexibility to avoid seismic frequency bands, while utilizing damping energy dissipation to significantly reduce seismic energy transmission (50%-80% reduction). This effectively protects building structures and interior facilities, representing a major development direction in modern seismic technology.

Material

Premium natural rubber (NR) or high damping rubber (HDR) as base material, hardness 50±5 Shore A, tensile strength ≥18MPa. Embedded reinforcement: Q355B steel plates, 3-12mm thick, hot-dip galvanized or rubber-coated for corrosion protection. Lead core: 99.9% pure lead (lead-rubber type only). Bonding system ensures rubber-steel peel strength ≥8kN/m.

Process
Rubber mixing → Steel plate shot blasting → Adhesive coating → Alternate rubber-steel lamination → Flat vulcanization (150-160℃×60min) → Lead core pressing (for LRB) → Upper/lower connection plate assembly → Mechanical testing → Final inspection. Vulcanization pressure 18MPa ensures reliable bonding.
