The composition includes magnetic powder (SrO6, Fe2O3), chlorinated polyethylene (CPE), and other additives (EBSO, DOP), etc.
Shape and Processing Features: Rubber soft magnetic strips are flexible, elastic, and twistable, and can be produced in rolls, sheets, strips, blocks, rings, and various complex shapes. The surface can also be covered with PVC film, copper plate paper, double-sided adhesive, coated with UV oil, or printed and die-cut into various shapes. Rubber magnets can be homogeneous or heterogeneous, bendable, twistable, and rollable. They require no further mechanical processing and can be cut to the desired size, or coated with PVC, adhesive, and UV oil according to customer requirements.
