Material

*Load-Bearing Structural Members: Made from high-strength, high-toughness integrally hot-rolled special-shaped steel (e.g., 16Mn steel or Q345 grade steel), ensuring overall structural stability and Fatigue resistance under complex stress conditions.

*Sliding and Wear-Resistant Components: The sliding contact surfaces of the finger plates typically use wear-resistant alloy steel plates or undergo special surface hardening treatments to reduce the friction coefficient and extend service life.

*Sealing System: Employs specially designed sealing strips made of high-strength, aging-resistant chloroprene rubber or Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM), offering excellent waterproofing, dustproofing, and weather resistance.
