    Floating floor vibration isolation pad is an elastic acoustic insulation material installed between building structural floor and decorative finish layer. Through elastic support and damping energy dissipation principles, it effectively isolates airborne and impact sound transmission between floors and significantly reduces vibration transfer. Widely used in residences, hotels, hospitals, schools and other buildings with high acoustic requirements, it is a key material for meeting green building standards and improving living comfort.

Material

Main material: Premium nitrile rubber (NBR) or EPDM rubber, density 80-120kg/m³, rebound rate ≥65%, damping ratio ≥0.15. Some composite products embed polyurethane foam layer or glass fiber mesh reinforcement. Eco-friendly and non-toxic, free of formaldehyde and heavy metals, RoHS compliant, flame retardant rating GB 8624 Class B1.

Manufacturing Process
Rubber mixing → foaming and molding → calendering into sheets → vulcanization and cross-linking → cooling and shaping → cutting and packaging. Continuous vulcanization process with thickness uniformity tolerance ±0.3mm ensures stable performance. Composite material adopts thermal lamination with interlayer peel strength ≥1.5N/mm.
