High-pressure pipe sewer plug consists of airbag body and airbag mouth. The airbag body is made of special rubber. The airbag wall is made of high-strength nylon fabric as the skeleton and multi-layer rubber lamination. According to the advantages of special rubber such as good oil resistance, high abrasion resistance, good heat resistance and strong adhesion, the high-pressure pipe blockage airbag also inherits these advantages. High-pressure airbag adopts bionic (cocoon) with imported rubber as the sealing material and high tensile fiber intertwined, with high pressure resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, high safety coefficient and so on. The products can be customized with different pressure parameters (0.15MPa-0.6MPa) for different needs of users with high safety.
It is used in the temporary isolation of pipelines and the safety and security of construction personnel in pipelines after isolation to prevent the invasion of toxic gases. It is safer and healthier than other plugging methods. Depending on the specifications, it can block the water level height of 1-30 meters, which is suitable for DN300mm-6000mm pipelines. Other deep water levels and large-size airbags can be customized.
