The Rubber Inflatable Pipe Plug, also known as an inflatable pipe plug or pipe stopper, is a reinforced rubber-made expandable pipe plug primarily used for sealing gravity pipes or conducting pipeline leak tests. This type of plug is suitable for almost all types of pipes, including sewer and stormwater pipes in urban infrastructure.

Technical Features:
 

1. Material and Structure: The rubber inflatable pipe plug is made from reinforced natural rubber, and each plug is tested at 1.5 times the rated working pressure and corresponding pipe diameter conditions before delivery to ensure the strength of the structure.
2. Working Principle: The plug, made of high-quality rubber, is inflated to expand, and when the air pressure inside the plug reaches the specified requirements, the plug fills the entire pipe cross-section, using the friction between the plug wall and the pipe to block water leakage, thus achieving the goal of no seepage in the targeted pipe section.
3. Classification: Divided into two types based on function: blocking type and detection type. The blocking type is mainly used for pipeline repair construction, while the detection type is mainly used for pipeline water leakage detection.
4. Pressure Resistance: Capable of withstanding high pressure, suitable for sealing and testing of high-pressure pipelines.
