Inflatable pipe plug also called duct pipeline occlude, is made by enhancing natural rubber.

Using high-quality rubber pipe sealing bag by a pneumatic method to inflate, when the gas pressure inside the balloon plugging meet the requirements, the pipe section will be infilled with the inflated airbag. Thanks to the friction between rubber pipe plug and pipeline, There is no water seepage in the target pipe segment.

Each inflatable pipe plug will be tested at 1.5 times rated working pressure and corresponding pipe diameter before shipment.

Installation Instructions

Preparation: connect all parts rubber plug accessories.
1.Open pipeline checking outlet, put rubber plug down slowly, and then aerated rubber plug up to right pressure.    Tip: avoid raiser member joints.
2. Rubber plug joint &hose interface should be tied or fastened with wire avoiding unglued
3. Inject water into building checking outlet up to level of building deck, and then checking pipeline and fittings. If find leaks, mark them and fix them after draining. If no leaks, the water level should be stable. Irrigation continuation15 minutes, it is qualified if the water level does not drop holding for 5 minutes
4. Deflate the rubber plug, pull plug out of pipeline, keep plug not damaged. Water flow away after taking out plug, If water level reduce slowly, pipeline clogged, need clear up
5. Rubber plug also can checking whether Squat toilet leaks. Put rubber plug in drain outlet and aerated, Irrigation to squat toilet, if water level reduces, it comes out leaks somewhere, or not strict closure.
6. Water testing should conduct by stratified and make record.
7. Rubber plug is pipe plugging, Closed water and gas test, be professional products used in building pipe plugging.
