Silicone solid sealing strips are high-performance sealing materials known for their excellent sealing performance, high-temperature resistance, weatherability, anti-aging, and shock and water-proof characteristics. Made from 100% high-quality silicone raw materials, these products are environmentally friendly, safe, insulating, and resistant to high temperatures, with minimal compression deformation and strong resilience.
Different types of sealing strips
Silicone solid sealing strips are widely used in the following fields due to their outstanding performance:
Tensile Strength | 4.0-8.0MPa |
Elongation at Break | ≥200% |
Tear Strength | 15-KN/M |
Shore Hardness | 30-80+5 |
Temperature Resistance | Continuously resistant to temperatures from -70ºC to 250ºC, and can withstand 300ºC for a few hours |
Volume Resistivity | ≥10^14^Ωcm |
Surface Resistivity | 10^14^Ω |
Tangent Delta | ≤1% |
Dielectric Strength | 20KV/MM |
Packaging:
Sealing strips are typically packaged in rolls, with each roll independently wrapped to protect the product from dust, moisture, and other potential contaminants. The packaging material is usually moisture-resistant plastic film or cardboard boxes to ensure the integrity and cleanliness of the product during storage and transportation. For bulk orders, sealing strips may be packed into larger boxes or pallets for ease of handling and stacking.
Transportation:
The transportation of sealing strips can be carried out through various modes, including road, sea, or air, depending on the distance to the destination and the customer's urgency. For local or regional transport, trucks or vans may be used. For international transport, sea freight might be chosen to reduce costs, or air freight might be selected to expedite delivery.
During transit, appropriate protective measures are taken, such as using padding materials and reinforcing packaging, to prevent damage during transportation. Additionally, the mode of transport and carrier are chosen based on the product's dimensions and weight, as well as the specific requirements of the destination.
