    The is made of high-strength rubber and fiber-reinforced layers via high-temperature vulcanization. It expands against the pipe wall when inflated, forming a tight seal to temporarily block water, gas or flow for water tightness testing, maintenance plugging and isolation work. Featuring excellent elasticity, tear and aging resistance, it withstands pressure up to 0.2MPa and temperatures from -40℃ to 70℃, suitable for concrete, steel, PVC and other pipe materials.

    Available in sizes 50–2000mm with custom reducers and special shapes, it inflates in 30 seconds, deflates compactly and is reusable. Widely used in municipal sewers, stormwater pipes, culverts, water conservancy projects and industrial pipelines for temporary plugging, pressure testing and maintenance isolation.
