    Bridge rubber bearing is a critical component connecting bridge superstructure to substructure piers. Its main function is transmitting bridge loads to piers while accommodating rotation and displacement caused by temperature and loads. This product features a rubber-steel composite structure with high load capacity, excellent deformation performance and superior durability, widely used in highway and railway bridge projects.

Material
    Main material: Natural rubber (NR) or Chloroprene rubber (CR), hardness 60±5 Shore A, tensile strength ≥17MPa. Embedded reinforcement steel: Q355B low-carbon steel, 2-8mm thick, hot-dip galvanized. Bonding system: Chemlok adhesive ensuring rubber-steel peel strength ≥7kN/m.
Process
    Rubber mastication → Compounding → Steel plate shot blasting → Adhesive coating → Rubber-steel lamination → Flat vulcanization (155℃×45min) → Anchor assembly → Final inspection. PLC temperature control at 18MPa pressure ensures stable bonding strength.
